Congratulations to Imperial Potentate William S. “Bill” Bailey.  This is the highest level a Shriner can reach.  It takes a remarkable individual to obtain such a prodigious title.  Meet him on facebook.    His father, Robert B. Bailey, 33°, is Past Imperial Potentate of Shriners International in 1995-1996.  They are only the second father and son to serve as Imperial Potentates of Shriners International.  He is a real Legacy of Fun.
